Through The Heartwarming Project, Hershey supports programs for children and teens with social, emotional, learning-based approaches that increase youth wellness and prepare them for success in the workplace.
Sparking a Wave of Change with Action Grants
Launched in 2019, The Heartwarming Project’s Action Grants Program supports young people who are advancing inclusion, empathy, kindness and connection in their schools and communities. Do you have an idea to create change? We want to hear about it!
Hershey wants to hear from our youth about plans to use this grant to create connection, support well-being and make your school or community more inclusive, kind, and empathetic.
Apply and let them know HOW you want to take action in your community because they want to support you in making it happen!

Grants will be awarded as follows: 1 grant per successful applicant/project idea in the amount of $250 USD.
